Lesson 5-Mind is your playground

Have you ever felt uneasy when someone takes a slice of pizza from your plate or kills an opportunity when you are about to score a goal? it is due to ripple created in your brain. To survive through the toughest and most unpleasant conditions like challenging your most bizarre addiction, to getting that flying color marks in your exam, your mind needs to be controlled, concentrated and understand what you do. Our mind is a cheeky one, anything new and interesting it gets pulled off like a strong magnet, but it's up to us on what to focus and how to focus.

We might have observed that we often tend to do too many things but end up with bad results, this is due to scattered thoughts on other people opinions.

Have you ever felt irritated by too many suggestions?

Example: While playing a game on your mobile if your friend suggests you to do that or this, while taking decisions on our career our parent's continuous suggestion would be a tough time of our life.

This is due to too many thoughts or to-do lists forced in by other people apart from you which creates ripples and causes disturbance to your mindset. There is a way where you could convert these ripples of distraction to concentration. Following are mentioned below:
  1. Question the suggestion with the why-how-what method-considerably one of the best till date by Simon Sinek.
  2. Introspect your thoughts to evolve bit by bit every day with the suggestion this is called Kaizen.
These both principles refers to one thing until unless you don't remain calm to evaluate your own results or decision your puppet to other people.

Let us take why-how-what method:

When your mind is under other people control you are either a true robot or being hypnotized apart from that no one can own your playground. We often cannot evaluate our decisions or act for that situation that demands us to survive. Simon Sinek, one of the greatest motivators and speakers of our time, sketched this method.

Firstly, Decide why the decision is motivating you to think? is it a priority or just a pushed over thought? When you start reasoning why you will understand the value of that decision. When you understand your thoughts ripples are converted into silent concentration.

Secondly, decide how to do it? Problems can be solved via various methods. Don't panic chalk down your plan or to-do list or at the least case memorize your actions like a flowchart.

Thirdly, what would you do? Everything cannot be done by a person so, decide what you can do at that point, according to your plan.

To survive to fullest and enjoy every moment of your life you need to be in your control. Never let anyone take control of what you do. There will be a moment in our life where we think we need a guide to get us out of problems, trust me no one motivates you nor guides you when you are at a problem except true friends and parents.

The spirit of asking yourself to keep your playground clean determines your characteristics. The will to make sure your inner spirit is intact with your dream will lead you far above than survival. The monster can be created by you or the god as well, it depends on keeping the ripples apart and focusing your mind.

Demotivation reminds your quest to clean your playground

When everyone demotivates your work which causes too many ripples just think of one thing, M K Gandhi was a lawyer but left that profession for one cause to see the change he envisioned. British threw him, jailed him and even used forceful methods to stop his act but, he knew one thing and he was clear that the future he envisioned can support millions and billions of people. He kept answering himself why he needs to that. That kept him intact to do it many times. I highly recommend you guys to watch Naruto to understand the concept of ripples and "mind is your playground" concept. It defines who you are and why you fight continuously for one clear thought.

Let me know your reviews in the comment section below. Sorry for the late post due to research work involved in this post. This post of mine is one of the widest topics I have ever tried to explain let me know if you want part 2 of this.

lesson 1-Everyone's motive is to survive

Survival defines motive for many people to strive longer to achieve their goal. Survival also defines your emotion to an object, position or relation. Survival will make us thrive to hit the bullseye even from far distance. It is the last that we have got to stay where we want and where we want to be. Survival motive may vary from person to person but in the end, they shout out be in the world that they dreamt of. For a Farmer, it is food and money to survive, for a kid its learning and food, for a businessman its good deal between partners and for an engineer it is the product that defines its purpose. why does everyone think of survival? Instinct developed subconsciously by the brain to be away from threats or being dropped out of the crowd. Let me give you an example, Teacher at your school might give you an assignment which is easy but the deadline was given way to near. We tend to use "hook or crook" method to complete the necessary task but, if we couldn'

Lesson 2- Believe in your positives

Believe is a word that inspires you to live for a day or more in your life. Believe is the word that ensures you to survive today no matter how many challenges you face. Believe is the word that lets you make the decision for your future. Believe is an emotion that you convey to your peer that you're strong enough to handle the given task. Believe in your decision and make them your positives. Why should I believe myself when my decisions are always bad?  No one is born a genius, an expert or a leader. It is on their belief and acceptance of their decision on any outcome. It is our belief on how we should act further from the current outcome of the decision. The given flowchart below is one of my experiences and method that I personally follow to obtain the goal on whatever decision I make. I just believe in myself that a failure is a next step for the success. Example: A mother never fails to give up on her teaching just because she wants to see the other end of the resul

lesson 4-Just do it !

There are a thousand reasons why you don't work but, you just need one reason to work. We all think and dream big, sketch the plan beautifully but it turns out we just don't implement it due to the hectic schedules or lack of confidence or just due to laziness. You know why we don't do it? The goal seems too far to reach. You don't understand where to start. you are exhausted by just planning what to do. It is time-consuming. let us get down to this organic small brain that tickles us not to do stuff by an example: when we have 100 pages of record to write and deadline seems to be closer, we make up our mind to write but, our brain just builds pressure on thinking "it is too much to write" and it repeats for several times until we give up. Then there is a thought of provocation "why didn't I do this before?" this is called procrastination. When we see achievable targets our brain would say "its simple, I can do this tomo
